Terms of Service
These terms cover your account on pulseapp.mldeep.io and the Pulse demo you use with it. A paid Pulse deployment is covered by its own signed agreement.

1. Who these terms are with
The Pulse demo and this site are operated by MLDeep Systems (OPC) Private Limited (“MLDeep”, “we”), registered at E1203, Sukhwani Skylines, Bhumkar Das Ghugre Rd, Wakad, Pune 411057. Creating an account, or using the demo, means accepting these terms.
2. What this covers, and what it does not
These terms cover your account and the demo. They do not cover a paid Pulse deployment, a design-partner engagement or a pilot, each of which has its own signed agreement. Where a signed agreement and this document disagree, the signed agreement governs.
3. Your account
- You need an account to use the demo. Give accurate details when you create it.
- Your account is personal to you. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.
- The demo is provided for evaluation. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, for any reason, and nothing in it is guaranteed to stay available or unchanged.
- You can ask us to close your account and delete your details at any time by writing to info@mldeep.io.
4. Everything in the demo is invented
Every figure, project, customer and employee in the demo is synthetic. The company it describes, Northline Developers, does not exist. No real company’s data appears anywhere in it, and nothing shown there is evidence about any actual company’s performance. It exists to show how Pulse behaves on realistic data.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the demo, do not:
- try to reach parts of the service, or data, that are not meant for you;
- disrupt it, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use its sharing features (such as sending a brief by email) to contact people who have not asked to hear from you;
- copy the product, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing service.
6. What belongs to whom
The software, its design, its wording and the analytical methods behind it remain ours. You may evaluate them and show them to colleagues. What you type into your own account remains yours.
7. No warranty on an evaluation
The demo is provided as it is. It is not a decision-support system to rely on, it carries no uptime commitment, and we make no warranty about it. Deciding anything on the basis of a demonstration dataset would be deciding on invented numbers.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the demo.
8. Privacy
What we collect when you create an account and use the demo, and what we do with it, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or when you next sign in.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
